These cohorts are intentionally small and built on trust, honesty, and prayer. A real financial commitment is part of what protects that — it filters for members who are ready to show up, contribute, and be sharpened.
The investment also stewards the work behind the table: the preparation, the prayer, the curation of peers, and the ongoing pastoral care between meetings. Scripture honors this rhythm — “the worker is worthy of his wages” (1 Timothy 5:18) — and a sustainable model is what allows us to serve well for the long haul.
Scholarship seats are reserved each cohort for pastors, missionaries, and early-stage founders walking through hardship. If finances are the only thing holding you back, please tell us in your application.
